 Over 10,000 acres of excellent fishing on pristine waterways located in the Wabakimi Provincial Park. Sole access to multiple lakes by boat and motor, and for the more adventurous types, you can use one of the many portages to more exclusive waters flowing with abundant Walleye and Northern Pike.

 To start your adventure, fly directly to Do North Lodge, while enjoying amazing views from the plane.  Flights are about 20 minutes or less from Savant Lake, ON. Please contact us for more details.

Cabin Comfort

Don't like to fly? Take a scenic train ride to our private stop, bringing you right to our steps here at Do North Lodge. Round trips for as little as $40 (CA) each! You can board VIA Rail anywhere between Toronto, ON and Vancouver, BC. The closest boarding from camp is about a 20 min ride from Savant Lake, ON. Contact us for more details.

 Our cozy, wood-heated cabins provide the perfect balance of comfort and rugged adventure, surrounded by the natural privacy of towering pines. Fully equipped with full kitchens, hot showers, toilets, and essentials. Each cabin offers a warm, welcoming retreat after a day in the wild.

Barrington Lake offers prime opportunities for trophy Walleye over the 30-inch range; some over 35 inches have been caught here. Large Northern Pike over 50 inches have been caught here too. Many guests enjoy how easy it is to catch fish of all sizes on our lakes. Live bait is not needed but is available if you like using it. Groups have gone through 100 dozen in less than four days.

 Some short trails are located around the camp. Longer hikes are the portages to the many lakes we have access too. Our trails are perfect for exploring the natural beauty of Northwestern Ontario winding you through dense forest, providing peaceful lake views, and chances to spot local wildlife.

Watch for Moose, Bear, Woodland Caribou, Wolves, Beaver, Eagles, Loons, and more. All these beautiful animals can be seen here.

Our camp is surrounded by blueberries from late July through September, some guests make pies, pancakes, muffins and more.

Barrington Lakes waterway is about 8 miles long and nearly 8 miles wide, with portages to boot. Good luck seeing it all in a week!

    Do North Lodge loves introducing kids to the "North"

    Children 15 and under are free with a paying adult. Additional children and under 18 are half price.

    Lodging, boat, motor, gas, plus excellent secluded fishing are included in the price.
