At Do North Lodge, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate them with compassion and understanding. Because of our remote location and the nonrefundable costs incurred to us well in advance of your trip - such as flying in fuel and propane which are not allowed on the train - makes a nonrefundable deposit policy an unavoidable necessity. 

Your deposit may be refunded in full only if we are able to book another party of equal or greater size for the dates and cabin you cancelled. It is very difficult to rebook a short notice trip so the sooner you let us know the better. Rescheduling your trip within the same season is another option, provided we have an opening for your desired dates. We may also have guests willing to swap dates with you. This must be during the same season and can't be carried over to another year.
